Please understand that the scheduled time of your Commissioned Portrait appointment was solely reserved for you. If cancellations or rescheduling are needed please inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour grace period, another appointment will be scheduled for you. Commissioned portrait payments, once made, are non-refundable. Your payment is your contract for the agreed upon sessions. You may transfer/gift the service to someone else. Please plan carefully to avoid disappointment.

While your custom Angelic Message Portraitâ„¢ is created for you, as the artist I retain full copyrights of the painting, including all reproduction rights.

Refunds

Due to the nature of this type of artwork, I am unable to offer refunds.

All discounted specials on services must be paid for in advance and are nonrefundable.

Event Cancellation Policy

The Crystalline Institute reserves the right to cancel a program or event due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class, or transfer enrollments to a later date.

Events, Workshops & Classes

If your plans should change The Crystalline Institute program and event registrations are transferable, so you may designate a substitute to attend in your place. Should you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee (minus a $25 processing fee) will be refunded if you inform us of your cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class or event. A $50.00 fee will be charged for cancellations within one week of the event or program. NO reimbursements will be made if you fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours of the event. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be billed.
