Wisdom of the Angels Cancellation Policies

Event Cancellation Policy The Crystalline Institute reserves the right to cancel a program or event due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class, or transfer enrollments to a later date. Events, Workshops & Classes If your plans should change The Crystalline Institute program and event registrations are transferable, so you may designate a substitute to attend in your place. Should you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee (minus a $25 processing fee) will be refunded if you inform us of your cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class or event. A $50.00 fee will be charged for cancellations within one week of the event or program. NO reimbursements will be made if you fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours of the event. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be billed. *Different rates and regulations apply to Multi-day programs and Retreats. Promotional Pricing / Discount Specials All discounted specials on services must be paid for in advance and are nonrefundable.
